Mental health is particularly important because I believe this is a critical period in emotional, social, and cognitive development. I think it is much more important because it is continuously navigating major life changes, including physical growth, academic pressures, and the formation of identity and relationships. These experiences can lead to stress, anxiety, or depression. It is important that we can overcome our mental health challenges by the support of family, friends, and professionals plays a crucial role in helping us to navigate these years more effectively.
