The saying that butterflies do not see their wings holds true for us as humans?

 It is a myth that butterflies cannot see their wings; I've read that they have fabulous compound eyes that give them 360-degree vision and can see their colors too.

But the aphorism that butterflies can't see their wings also applies to us as humans: sometimes we can't see the beauty we wear, while sometimes we can.

So don't imprison someone in that cage you made if you can't appreciate their beauty; set them free because the world deserves to witness that charm; in return, they deserve it too. Let them spread their wings and have a chance to see the world from their point of view.
